Does Lilium Player provide channels or content?
No. Lilium Player is a player — bring your own Xtream Codes credentials or M3U playlist from a provider you already subscribe to. We don't sell, host, or recommend content sources.
What's included in the 7-day trial?
Everything. The trial unlocks every feature — unlimited playlists, full EPG, movies, series, downloads — so you can decide based on the real experience, not a demo.
Is the $12.99 price really one-time?
Yes. A single payment unlocks Lilium for the lifetime of your device, with free updates included. No subscription, no recurring charge, no hidden tiers.
Can I move my license to a new computer?
Yes. Your license can be moved to another device once every 30 days, directly from the Settings → License panel.
Which platforms are supported?
Windows 10/11, macOS 12+ (Apple Silicon and Intel), and modern Linux distributions (AppImage, deb, rpm). One license covers all platforms.
Do you support recording, catch-up, and reminders?
Yes. Reminders and recordings work everywhere; catch-up and timeshift depend on your provider exposing those endpoints in the Xtream Codes API.
Does Lilium collect my viewing data?
No. Lilium does not track what you watch. Your playlists, credentials, and watch history stay on your device. See the Privacy section below for the full breakdown.
How do refunds work?
Because the trial is free and unrestricted, refunds are reviewed case by case. If something goes wrong after purchase, write to support within 14 days and we'll make it right.

    Your Xtream username, password, and M3U URLs are stored only on your device, encrypted via OS secure storage, and never sent to us.

  • No watch tracking

    What you play, pause, or download is never sent to us. Continue Watching is computed on-device.

  • Minimal telemetry

    We collect anonymous crash reports and an anonymous device ID for license validation. Both can be disabled.

  • No third-party ad networks

    Lilium is paid up front, so there are no ad SDKs, no fingerprinting libraries, and no analytics built around resale.
